Great customer service. I made an error and the owner was very accommodating is finding a remedy.
I made a purchase for someone special as a Christmas gift. I never received the item. The item still lost. I file a claim with ups and reached out to the vendor requesting a replacement IF possible or a solution. I understand items get lost but what im unhappy with is the customer service I never received from this vendor. I reached out via message and not answer till this day. Today is 1/4/26. I made the purchase 12/14/25.

What if the personalization or product arrives with an error?
Please contact us right away and send a photo of the incorrect or faulty item to contact@sparksandmore.com . We’ll quickly send out a corrected replacement at no extra cost — no need to return the original. If you prefer, we can also arrange a refund.
What if there is a delivery issue?
If your order is delayed or missing, please email us at contact@sparksandmore.com . We’ll contact the courier. If the order cannot be located or a special occasion is approaching, we’ll send you a replacement immediately without waiting.
