How long does it take to process my personalized order?
We need 1–2 business days to process your order. After that, it will be shipped via the delivery option you select, directly from our studio in Florida, USA. If you need it urgently, please contact us first at contact@sparksandmore.com .
What if I don’t like my order?
Because our products are personalized, we don’t offer returns for change of mind. However, if your item is faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, our 100% satisfaction guarantee applies. You can return the item (if it’s in resellable condition) and we’ll issue a full refund once we receive it. Please note we don’t offer exchanges.
What if there is a delivery issue?
If your order is delayed or missing, please email us at contact@sparksandmore.com. We’ll contact the courier. If the order cannot be located or a special occasion is approaching, we’ll send you a replacement immediately without waiting.
What if the personalization or product arrives with an error?
Please contact us right away and send a photo of the incorrect or faulty item to contact@sparksandmore.com We’ll quickly send out a corrected replacement at no extra cost — no need to return the original. If you prefer, we can also arrange a refund.

We are a small business proudly creating all our personalized gifts in our studio located in Florida, USA. Every order is handcrafted with care before it’s shipped to you.
