We need 1–2 business days to process your order. After that, it will be shipped via the delivery option you select, directly from our studio in Florida, USA. If you need it urgently, please contact us first at contact@sparksandmore.com
What if the personalization or product arrives with an error?
Please contact us right away and send a photo of the incorrect or faulty item to contact@sparksandmore.com . We’ll quickly send out a corrected replacement at no extra cost — no need to return the original. If you prefer, we can also arrange a refund.
What if there is a delivery issue?
If your order is delayed or missing, please email us at contact@sparksandmore.com . We’ll contact the courier. If the order cannot be located or a special occasion is approaching, we’ll send you a replacement immediately without waiting.
